About the Course
Hatha it's a slow restorative class and by slowing down you will learn to listen to your bodies needs, you don't need any experience. It's a time for you to learn to be in tune with yourself and learn how to use your breath to help you on a day to day basis's. It's a time to prioritise relaxation and to connect to your true nature, to wholeness, to your presence.
