About the Course
One-to-One sessions, are an opportunity to have a completely bespoke lesson which is tailored to you and your needs. Hatha it's a slow restorative practice. I will look at you and your needs as a whole and give you a practice that will help you in whatever way you need. Whether that is to help with a health issue or to learn to tune into yourself and listen to your need and to learn how to slow down and relax and use your breath in a correct way. It's a lovely way to build confidence in your own self practice, and to fit a regular practice into your busy schedule as I will come to you.
